5. Client Content

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All fees must be paid on time
Subscription charges recur automatically until canceled
Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services
Setup fees, consulting, and digital products are generally non-refundable (unless stated otherwise in writing)
For subscription cancellations, access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, AI labor, setup work, and instant delivery of value, most purchases are non-refundable.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the past 30 days

All fees paid remain non-refundable.
